Overview of the Attraction
The American Celebration on Parade is more than just a museum; it’s an immersive experience that brings the magic of America’s grandest celebrations to life.
Whether you’re a history buff, an art enthusiast, or simply looking for a unique outing, this museum offers a delightful glimpse into the heart of America.

Floats
American Celebration on Parade is one of America’s most unique attractions. This 44,000 square foot building is home to 15 parade floats that graced the streets in parades, such as Inaugural Parades, Tournament of Roses Parades, Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parades, and many more. We like to refer to ourselves as a museum because the artistry, craftsmanship, and passion poured into these floats are even now changing to different forms.
It is hard to describe this incredible attraction because there are no words — you just walk through the door, look up and your jaw drops in wonder. No matter how tall you are you will need to tilt your head back to see to the top of these floats. The vivid colors, sparkling glitter, actual moving parts, like the Polar Bears rolling in the snow, will leave you in awe. Go behind the scenes with us and get close and personal with this rich history.
Props
The American Celebration on Parade also houses props. They range from every theme imaginable from Presidential Inaugurals to Nickelodeon. Some props like The Blue Boot, built for President George Bush, have been to many parties with various themes, such as “Black Tie and Boots”. The building’s floor is peppered with various props, along with a tiered shelving unit that makes up its perimeter. Whether it’s a prop for a float, party, festival or exhibit, you will see them here at American Celebration on Parade.

Americana
Once your tour has been completed, you can not walk away without a feeling of Americana. The 60 foot long by 40 foot tall United States Flag. The Fife and Drum team and the American Revolutionary drummer built for the Bicentennial Parade in July 1976. Freedom Hall with memorabilia dating back to President Truman’s parade. Iwo Jima. The Capitol Building. The Donkey and Elephant. Our tour leads you down this historic AMERICANA. As my father once said in an interview, “Every country has its stories but not like us. Not like America and I hope your chest pumps full and hard every time someone tells you that because it’s true”. So come see and hear things you don’t get to do every day.
